Christopher Goisse
Christopher Goisse is a highly educated healthcare professional. He began his academic journey by earning his associate's degree as a registered nurse from Pennsylvania State University - Penn State Fayette - Eberly Campus in 2005. He continued his education by obtaining his BSN in nursing and later enrolled at Waynesburg University to complete a dual degree program leading to an MBA and an MSN in Nursing Administration. In 2017, Christopher earned a post-master certificate in psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, followed by a degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing and nursing with clinical rotations in private outpatient practice and the care of people with severe/chronic mental illnesses.
Christopher's dedication to his profession is evident in the numerous certifications and licenses he has earned throughout his career, including Clozaril REMS certification, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), DEA license with Suboxone waiver, Registered tax preparer in Maryland, and Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional.

Some of his notable accomplishments include performing an overhaul of the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) healthcare risk management program, saving the United States Marshals Service $1.6 million in healthcare costs during the fiscal year 2016, and passing Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO) and American Correction Association (ACA) reviews.
